Five Minutes that Can Save You hours...
1 - Set up a folder structure (Click here to download one that we started for you - download to your desktop as a zip file - extract it, and then place these folders where you like. Rename, add, delete, it's just a starter for you to always know where to find your images).
2 - Download your image files to your photo folder, where it will be automatically backed up with your cloud back-up system. (what? you don't have one?.. HA - you're not alone - we get this often)
3 - Have a working copy of your Portrait files in your folders, separate of the originals.

TIP: When you initiate your account, it will look for one computer, and for that ONE price, it will back up all future contents to that IP address, AND every external drive you have connected to it on initiation. Initial backups take a while (esp. when you start with 13 Terabytes of data!)
